April Lockhart

April Lockhart born 4 July 1995. She began with guitar and piano in seventh grade. This sparked her interest. April Lockhart composed her first single"Different" when she was 12 years old. As April approached 14 years old, she spent the majority of her time making song concepts and perfecting her music. In the following months, she began taking writing trips together with her dad on trips to LA and NY. April began to include various other topics relevant to the song, which she called the Take my Hand song for some friends, such as peer-pressure disabilities and teen suicide. Lockhart has become a sought-after lifestyle influencer, as well as working in partnerships with brands that are clean and healthy like Ilia and YSL, has cultivated a large fan base. Born without a left hand, she is an important part of herself. However, it's not the only thing she has to tell. Lockhart's Instagram profile doesn't conceal her handicap, but it doesn't concentrate solely on it. What is the message? The message is that we are more than just our physical self. The identities we have are complex and encompass a variety of dimensions. It's not my intention to let that be the only thing that defines me. I don't wish to become a disability influencer where it's the only thing I speak about since there are so many other things about my life. Lockhart speaks via video from her house in Nashville. It doesn't affect my everyday life. All is well and I've learned how to adjust. It's also a part of me, and I believe it should be discussed. Lockhart has served as an excellent example to other women with regards to self-acceptance. Yet, she confesses to going through periods when she felt uncomfortable with her appearance as well as wearing clothes with arms. She now wears whatever she'd like. And she posts her pictures to social media. It's all a process is the most important thing. I'm not certain that it will be an end of self-love. However, I believe that's the case common to everyone regardless of what the source of their anxiety. I believe having friends around you who really understand you and can see your feelings is crucial because they'll be the people that remind you of what are you worried about?
